Hear What God Says
It’s December once again, the month that signifies the end of the year. While we anticipate what the festive season has got in Stock for us, most of us will be doing an evaluation of how the year was spent and how fast it went by that some couldn’t even finish up with the first goal they had for the year.
While some will be happy and some will be sad, there will be some special kind of people, those who know what it takes to be happy and how important happiness is, so that while some people are busy counting their gains and the sad taking notes of their wrongs including what went wrong, they will be giving praises to the Lord Almighty for keeping them alive irrespective of what they went through during the year or what they are going through for the saying ‘when there is life, there is hope‘ holds true and this I found in the Word God opened my eye to this morning in the book of 2 Corinthians 6:2 (GNT) which says;
“Hear what God says: “When the time came for me to show you favor, I heard you; when the day arrived for me to save you, I helped you.” Listen! This is the hour to receive God’s favor; today is the day to be saved!“
You might have been on that project for long and think it’s time to give up, you might have lost all hope in getting a job, it might be your relationship that always seem wrong or your finances but I am here to tell you today that the time has come for God to show you favor and favor he will show you. The day has arrived for God to save you from all forms of worries and troubles, you are saved.
The fact remains that even though you might not yet be where you want to be, you sure ain’t where you were 12 months ago. Some things might have been lost but others have surely been gained. You being able to read this message shows you have got something to be thankful of. You might be heartbroken, friendless, jobless, in prison or even homeless, one thing holds true, you are privileged to have the capacity to connect your device to the Internet and you’re able to read.
Should we talk about those who are medically challenged and even though they have the resources to access the Internet, they do not have the physical capacity or/ and mental capacity to do so? Or is it those who have both the physical capacity, mental capacity and even the right education to do so but lacks the resources to do so?
Listen, the hour has come for God to bless and favor you, today is the day to be saved. Learn to give praises to God in all situations for where you are is someone else’s prayer point.
You shall succeed.
