“When people are happy, they smile, but when they are sad, they look depressed.” ~ Proverbs 15:13(GNT)
We often hear people say ‘Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world‘, yet we hardly come across people that smiles and when you try to smile at them, the girls are quick to conclude that ‘he’s tripping’ which is a good thing. It helps them increase their self-esteem and also boost their moral and confidence but if a guy try smiling to another guy, he’s been seen as gay or exhibiting gay attitude.
We then wonder why kids seem to be the happiest but one obvious reasons we close our minds and hearts to is the fact that kids smile the most. They smile so often that they are quick to forget a wrong. They always want to be happy and have fun so they don’t store up what’s not working for them, they rather ignore what’s not working and focus on what’s working.
If you understand this saying “Use your smile to change the world; don’t let the world change your smile” then you can be like a kid again as your heart will be free from worries.
Smiling is contagious, it is like a seed. A seed that has been planted produces other seeds and also produces fruits. That is exactly the same way a smile works, once you plant a smile on your face, it produces smiles on other people’s faces and also produces happiness for not just you but for others as well.
The bible says a smiling face is an happy face, it is an evidence that the one who is smiling is happy and a sad face means depression.
It has been proven that putting on a smile can make you and all those around you happy.
I took out time to study and notice the environment where some group of friends were taking pictures and I noticed that as they kept on smiling at the camera and making happy faces, those around them also kept a smiling and happy face.
